Hailing from Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and later the NSW Snowy Mountains, I am a freelance writer, teacher in training and owner of the sustainable activewear brand, shyAktive.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney, a Master of Journalism and Communication from the University of New South Wales, and am currently completing a Master of Teaching (Primary Education) with Curtin University.

Outside of work (swim teaching) and writing, I pursue a healthy and active lifestyle. I am passionate about sports, the great outdoors, travelling and eating well.
