About the writer

Originally from Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and later the NSW Snowy Mountains, I am a freelance essayist and narrative nonfiction writer with a background in journalism.

I write personal essays, memoir, profiles, and feature articles that explore themes of identity, belonging, sport, education, and the meaning we make from everyday experiences

I hold a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney and a Master of Journalism and Communication from the University of New South Wales, and am currently completing a Master of Teaching (Primary Education) through Curtin University.

My writing sits at the intersection of storytelling and reflection. I am interested in the questions that lie beneath the surface.

Thank you for visiting. I hope you enjoy reading my work.
